Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Stratridge. It supplements our Terms of Service. Effective April 19, 2026.
1. Purpose
Stratridge is a B2B marketing strategy and execution optimisation platform. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the boundaries of permissible use to protect the integrity of the Service, the security of our users, and the interests of third parties. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Stratridge to:
- Audit and improve your organisation’s marketing positioning and messaging.
- Monitor competitor signals for your own strategic intelligence purposes.
- Generate and refine marketing copy, battle cards, launch playbooks, and similar assets for your organisation.
- Access the Knowledge Hub for educational and strategic reference content.
- Use the Analyst feature for strategy conversations grounded in your own context.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Stratridge to:
- —Violate laws or regulations. Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including data protection and privacy laws.
- —Infringe intellectual property. Upload, submit, or process content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- —Generate harmful content. Use the AI features to generate disinformation, defamatory content, hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- —Compromise security. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or to bypass any authentication or security controls.
- —Automated scraping. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service at scale without our prior written consent.
- —Build competing products. Use the Service, its outputs, or its underlying methodology to develop a product or service that competes with Stratridge.
- —Misrepresent identity or tier. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your subscription tier to gain access to features or pricing not applicable to your account.
- —Overload the Service. Transmit excessive requests that impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
4. User Content Standards
Any content you submit to the Service — including URLs, documents, and free-text inputs — must not contain personal data of third parties without a lawful basis, confidential information belonging to others without authorisation, or content that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with applicable law.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a warning, suspend or terminate your account, remove offending content, or refer the matter to law enforcement. We will not be liable to you for any such action taken in good faith.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to trust@stratridge.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
